Turck Automation Suite is a unique IIoT platform, which enables you to batch configure, troubleshoot, conduct RFID feasibility studies, perform real-time monitoring and more from your Turck devices. Helpful functionality includes a complete solution for updates, device management and tapping into smart sensors. It also offers usage data.

TAS simplifies the management and commissioning of Turck devices in industrial Ethernet networks as well as ARGEE and BEEP software applications. This software runs in your browser and does not require advance programming knowledge, making it easy for maintenance and operations staff to perform TAS functions. TAS improves device replacement and commissioning.

Network Scan

TAS finds all available Turck Ethernet devices in the network and displays the relevant device information.

IO-Link View

See an overview of IO-Link masters in the network as well as connected IO-Link devices. Easily read device information and execute device actions like wink, open master, open IODD configurator and open device monitor. Get a filtered view on selected IO-Link devices.

UHF & HF RFID Apps

TAS provides multiple UHF demo tools for RFID, including checking if all tags are detected and determining optimal start/stop times for read and write devices. For HF devices, TAS helps with system maintenance and the design of an RFID system, streamlining operations.

Batch Functions

Save time with Batch Functions. This helpful feature allows many devices to be updated and processed faster. Users simply change the first device and then subsequent devices are automatically changed in sequential order. This saves commissioning time and helps maintain large networks – without a PLC or a third-party software. The ability to export device networks in CSV format also simplifies documentation, collaboration and management.

Network View

Enables the issuing of IP addresses and passwords as well as the execution of firmware updates for all devices in the network. The device specific web pages of all Ethernet devices can be accessed directly from TAS.

Links OT and IT Worlds

TAS will also support the transfer of data via MQTT and OPC UA to higher-level systems, automatic configuration routines for service tasks and many other features.
